Inquiries - Monthly

This inquiry provides a month-by-month snapshot of a company's sales, cost of sales and gross profit percentage for the last 12 months

1. Open the System Summary screen and select the company and warehouse you want to inquire on.

Refer to "Displaying the System Summary Screen".

2. Select INQUIRIES | MONTHLY.

Micronet displays the Select Output Device screen.

3. Select whether you want your inquiry displayed on screen, printed, saved to a specific type of file, faxed, or emailed in a specific format.

Micronet prints or displays the Monthly System Summary inquiry.

Sales values are based on tax invoices or finalised sales orders. GP% is calculated on the average cost at the time of delivery and invoicing.

4. When you have finished with this inquiry, select the Exit button.

Micronet redisplays the System Summary screen where you can perform another inquiry if required.
